I have a rental that is empty no furniture. It is a standard 3 bed home. I need 1. loungeroom walls and ceiling. 2. Hallway ceiling. 3. small bedroom ceiling and walls and 4. Kitchen ceiling painted. The surface isn't that bad and it was all freshly painted 5 years ago. Ceilings are matt white and walls are Hogs Bristle half strength. No skirtings or doors need painting. The approximate total walls area and eaves are about 100 sqm. Windows trims and door trims does not require painting. Facade height varies between 2.7 to 3.6m. Also, 4 down pipes which are pvc shall be painted.
