Job Description: I have been diagnosed with Osteo Arthritis in my right wrist and thumb. The diagnosis was with GP then ultrasound/xray. I've been having physio which seems to help at the time, but it then comes back. It's affecting my job in retail. I'm currently take Caltrate Bone and Muscle (600mg calcium / 1000 IU Herbs of Gold Vitamin D 3 (recommended by a skin specialist) and Herbs of Gold Triple Strength Omega 3 (recommended by a pharmacist). I have been told by the physio I should be taking Collagen ? It's so confusing to know what to take. I'm trying to avoid steroid injections and an operation. I would like a more natural approach. I'm looking a naturopath to help me.
