I can't recommend Simon enough. He showed up 5 minutes prior to the appointment and straight away got into it. Not only did he service my car, but he waived any labour cost on additional items that he did like having to change all my tires. I did ask him to charge me and he said that all he cares about is getting my car in shape for me to drive and he can't let me drive like that - what a champ!
