Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We are an insured business through QBE insurance which is verified on our page. We have never had any claims made against us. We guarantee our workmanship and issue you with a Compliance Certificate on new installations for seven years. This includes any faults that are related to our installation work. All of the units that we supply come with manufacturer warranty of five years. We only trade with brands that come with a five year warranty or more and we'll only suggest established brands. If there is ever a manufacturer fault with a system that we supplied, we also welcome you to call us to attend the fault and we will organize with the manufacturer to come out and repair it.

What do you like most about your job?

Finding the right solution to a customers needs and leaving them satisfied. That's what it most important for myself as a business owner. The interaction with customers, traveling to different places and seeing different style of homes, dealing with different challenge is also great. Mainly, seeing the finished product of our work and knowing it couldn't have been done any better, with a happy customer knowing that they've chosen the right team to do the job is what I go to work for everyday.

Be sure to ask a tradesman for their License No. and look them up. The name and licence number can be found on the Victorian Building Authority website - Test their knowledge of there own work by asking them to explain the process of the system, how do two units generate hot and cold air into your home? - Ensure that the tradesman leak tests his work, ask if they leak test the system and what procedure they use to do so? - Find out how much experience they've had specifically in Air Conditioning, how long in the industry? Do they work in other fields of Plumbing or Electrical work? How much of their job is Air Conditioning as opposed to other Plumbing or Electrical? - That's some advice for determining who is going to be the right person for your job. What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

Very often my customers ask after a brand new installation "How often does my system need re-gassing?" The actual truth is, if installed correctly, no system should ever require re-gassing unless a leak occurs in they system which is extremely rare in systems under 10-15 years old. We thoroughly pressure test all systems that we install to ensure there are no leaks. As all installations should be guaranteed for 7 years, therefore any leaks caused from an installation should be accounted for by the installers - Make sure that you don't get miss led by an installer using the excuse that your unit is due for a re-gas and charging you because they haven't installed or pressure tested the system correctly.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

In this current day, Air Conditioning Licenses are handed out like lollies to Plumbers and Electricians who have not necessarily completed a proper Air Conditioning / Refrigeration installers trade apprenticeship. We regularly attend jobs that need re-gassing and repairs due to incorrect installations by these tradesmen that can't guarantee their work. We find that a majority of problems are from customers entrusting their Air conditioning work to these license holders who perform the work as a sideline to their respective trades working in  Plumbing or Electrical works, with minimal experience. They consequently have minimal experience in Air Conditioner, Heating, reverse cycle or Split System Installations. Installing an Air Conditioning / Heating System the correct way is absolutely crucial as refrigerant leaks, water damage and potential fire risks resulting from poorly installed systems can be very costly. Incorrect sizing of a unit just to suit your budget or positioning of a system just because it is easier will minimize its efficiency, ADD to your running costs and ultimately, not perform to your expectations. Your Air conditioning  / Heating system is a significant investment in your home and, if installed properly, can vastly add value to your home. Therefore, Quality work from a reliable, experienced installer is essential to give you peace of mind that, you have the best solution for your needs, the system is properly installed, the work is guaranteed, your system is working at optimum efficiency and you have maximised your investment in adding such a significant asset to your home. We don't take on work where we can not leave our customer with the satisfaction that they chose the right person for the job - Our Services include the Supply, Installation, Service and Maintenance of Refrigerated Air Conditioning / Heating Systems - These range from your conventional wall mounted split system to ducted, ceiling cassettes, bulkhead units, etc - Our services are provided for your everyday home owner, real estate, renovators, builders, shops owners, work places. Simply any domestic or commercial application, established or under construction.

In 2005 at the age of 18, I began my career in the Air Conditioning industry as an apprentice Refrigeration Mechanic. I have since performed my work as a Qualified and Licensed Tradesman - Having over 10 years of experience in the industry, I've worked in all aspects of the trade. From the every day Residential home to Large Commercial applications. I've gained a vast amount of experience with Installations which broadens to Maintenance and Repairs - We also have Qualified and Licensed Electricians with over 10 years experience as part of our team who work with us when we have electrical requirements.
