He left Paradise Landscaping to take up the position of Head Green Keeper at the Palmerston Golf and Country Club, where he worked until starting Territory Mowing and Bush Landscaping in 1992. Mandy arrived also in 1980 and worked at Territory Uniforms as a seemstress, shop assistant and manager for 17 years, before leaving to work full time in the business.
