The job is approximately 80 m, with no existing insulation, so a full install from scratch. R2.0 or R2.5 batts preferred, open to recommendation. The standard spacing between joists is approx 41cm, however there are some of them spaced closer. Access is mixed about half the subfloor has good standing or crouching clearance, the other half requires crawling.
