Im the real estate agent taking care of the sale and the owners have a budget of up to $1000 Matching paint for everything can be provided besides air-conditioner lid cover - Replace roofing screws, with loose of broken rubber washers approximately 8-15 screws - Paint touch up on bottom of 1 downpipe, - Fill and paint 2x chips garage door opening, - fill sand and paint corner of cornice in portico above front door and - Oil on posts near front door .
