Job Description: Hi, Im needing a handyman to fix a number of small jobs around a home that I have sold. Im the real estate agent taking care of the sale and the owners have a budget of up to $1000 Matching paint for everything can be provided besides air-conditioner lid cover - Replace roofing screws, with loose of broken rubber washers approximately 8-15 screws - Paint touch up on bottom of 1 downpipe, - Fill and paint 2x chips garage door opening, - fill sand and paint corner of cornice in portico above front door and - Oil on posts near front door . (if its possible to re-oil the weathered parts of the posts without sanding them the whole way back to make it easier that would be ideal) - Flattening smallish dent in garage door panel - Remove surface rust from top of the air-conditioner unit and repaint just the top lid with matching paint - Reattach Flexi duct onto exhaust fan above toilet - Add 2 screws to front feet of air conditioning unit into slab - New basic plastic doorstop for laundry exterior door - Fix loose bathtub mixer handle, it looks to be just the grub screw meeting tightening feel free to message me for photos of all the jobs
