28 May 2024Location: Hornsby, NSWJob Description: We're renovating 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom (2340 mm x 2400 mm with raked ceiling 2540mm - 2440 mm high) will be stripped and retiled wall to ceiling - no cornices & keeping original ceiling so patching likely necessary after old cornices removed. The downstairs washroom (2420 x 2100mm x 2440 mm high) / toilet area needs a ceiling installed to cover plumbing and electrics. This room will also be stripped. Both sides of the wall between the toilet and the washroom (2100mm) in there need to be gyprocked to neaten up as well. First 3 photos are plan, mockup and showing plumbing to be covered in downstairs washroom. The stink pipe in centre ceiling will be raised to align with pipe on right. The piece of wall it goes through will need to be repaired or replaced too - both int and ext. The last 2 pix are floorpan and mockup of main bathroom. The sheeting for tiling main bathroom needs to be installed around July 8-9th.
