Jamal arrived to view the job promptly and gave an on site quote that I was happy to shake on. The evening before the scheduled day he gave a call to confirm a time of arrival and on the day met that timing. on arrival we negotiated some additional work and he accepted the challenge. The actual tree lopping went without hitch - Jamal and his son were quick and efficient in what they did. All waste was cleared and the site cleaned on conclusion.
