Location: Riverstone, NSWJob Description: e are looking for an experienced gardener/landscaper to tidy, refresh, and improve both our front yard and backyard. We have included photos of the front and backyard, plus a diagram showing the layout and what we want done. Scope of Work FRONT YARD Replace existing Kikuyu, prep land with Buffalo grass (full removal + prep + new turf install). Shape and tidy the main hedge at the front. Shape the two side hedges. Edge, mow, and tidy the Buffalo grass strip along the side of the house. General weed removal and sweep/clean all pathways. BACKYARD 1. Grass Replacement & Lawn Clean-Up Remove existing Kikuyu, prep soil and replace with Buffalo grass across backyard area. Manually remove weeds, apply weed killer, mow/edge, and level before laying new turf. Add top soil before turf installation (as needed for levelling). 2. New Garden Beds As per the attached diagram: Install new garden beds along the back fence. Supply and fill with fresh soil. Install edging (simple metal/plastic edging as shown) along garden bed boundary. 3. Pebble Areas Remove weeds from all existing pebble areas (left and right sides of backyard). Tidy and even out pebbles. 4. General Backyard Tasks Tidy area around existing rainwater tank and clothesline. Clean up along fence line. Remove and dispose of all green waste.
