Job Description: This scope is for a licensed commercial refrigeration technician to safely decommission and remove the Super Chiller unit and all associated components (pictured under the service counter). Decommissioning - Refrigerant Recovery: Safely recover all refrigerants from the Super Chiller and any associated condensing units, complying with all licensing and environmental regulations. Deliverable - Refrigerant Recovery Certificate/Report. Disconnection - Electrical Disconnection: Safely isolate and disconnect all electrical wiring to the chiller unit and control panel, making power cables safe. Deliverable - Certified Electrical Safety Tagging. Plumbing Disconnection - Isolate and disconnect all water/glycol lines and drain or purge remaining fluids into designated waste containers. Deliverable to include Area completely cleared of refrigeration equipment. Equipment Removal - Safely dismantle (if necessary) and physically remove the "SUPERCHILLER" unit and all associated equipment from under the counter. Deliverable to include Area completely cleared of refrigeration equipment. Safe & Cleanup - Cut and cap any remaining pipework or power conduits neatly to leave the area safe, clean, and ready for use. Licensed disposal of all equipment and waste. Deliverable to include Waste Disposal Certificates.
