Fridge Repair job

Job Description: Technika brand fridge works well but I cant get the temperature in the fridge compartment to stay under 5 degrees it stays above 6,5 degrees even with the thermostat on high and the fridge empty. The Seals around the doors are all good and condenser coils seem clean , Freezer works well. Some insulation from underneath the fridge above the motor was eaten away by a rat at one stage but I'm not convinced that is the problem.
