Hired Ayoub’s services for about 2 weeks for my property in NSW. He is based in Melbourne however he made it happen. Performed well, completed all tasks & was efficient with timing. Completed whole house painting indoors, inside cupboards, external driveway painted, patio paving painted, replaced all fly screens, installed plaster & painted in garage, replaced solar lighting & dynabolted into concrete. Ayoub changed over the vanity unit in bathroom & helped remove 6m3 of hard rubbish from property. I’ll get Ayoub in again for sure for the next property we need to do up. He even helped with getting cupboard doors aligned properly & fixed the grout for the tiles in the kitchen. Ayoub also helped out with the hydraulic door closers & installed door stops throughout the house. So for quality, his painting is of professional standard. Proper cuts, proper coats, proper job done. Cleaned up all mess as well so left the property looking great, which meant less effort on my part. Follows instructions best when these are communicated in person & physically shown what is to be done & where, with clearly defined tasks. Hard worker & efficient. Good job. Thanks Ayoub.
