Heather was great! Our dog, Shep, is very wary of strangers but he was asking for cuddles within a few minutes of Heather coming into our home. The training was easy to follow, well explained and covered all areas of dog ownership, from how we interact with him, to his diet, exercise and general living conditions. Heather instructed us to make a number of small changes in our routines. It has been less than a week but we are already beginning to see positive changes in Shep's behaviour. She isnt the most obdient dog and whilst Gigi was a very well crate trained dog, since having a litter shes developed some bad habits which is on me. As Olive has matured they started fighting alot. I now have them both desexed but they still fight very often mostly6 over me and toys.
