Job Description: Concreting to improve backyard drainage and prevent slippage of clay topsoil downhill (when wet). 1. Fill gaps under house foundation slab with bentonite clay. 2. Add 1m concrete apron to South, West, North sides of house foundation slab to encourage stormwater drainage away. 3. Removal of portion of existing backyard concrete and addition of new concrete garden path. (Extras if you're capable) 4. Extension of backyard covered outdoor area, new laserlite to cover. 5.
