Location: Brassall, QLDJob Description: I am in the process of purchasing the property at 12 Larter Street, Brassall, QLD, 4305. Following defects have been identified which needs to be repaired immediately. If you could provide me a quote, it will be really appreciated: 1. Concrete path, rear elevation has subsided. Slippage noted, repair is recommended by licensed concreter / landscaper 2. Due to subsidence to slab (rear elevation unit 2) the inspection port is above slab level. This is a trip hazard rectification repairs recommended by llicensed concreter/plumber. I have added some photos for you to understand the issue.
