Hired Sam after months of searching a reliable and honest concreter for our driveway - 85sqm stamped concrete. He made the booking to do site visit so he can give the most accurate price on the job on the weekend. He listened to what I want to achieve with my driveway and my concern around crack and drainage given it's pretty large area to cover. He sent me the quote across within a week and he is very flexible and want to negotiate to win the job. The payment term is very very flexible - we agreed on the 10 % of initial deposit and the remainder at the completion of the job. Sam is very flexible and informative tradies I encountered so far . He always gave his day plan ahead of the job so I can expect what happening with the progress of the job. He also very accommodating the last minutes weather change.
