Location: Bargo, NSWJob Description: Hi, We are looking for full catering packages which will include the following: 1) pre ceremony grazing table (3:30 - 4pm) 2)post ceremony canaps (1 hour) 3)Dinner buffet (for example mains, sides, desserts, salads) - with setup of the buffet and buffet serving dishes. 4) Waitstaff to pass around canaps and help serve food 5) bar staff to man the bar and pass around drinks (pass around along with canaps and pss around champagne in the start of the reception) . 6) clearance of plates and wash the dishes after dinner. Pack up the food service items and clean down tables after dinner service. Pack down the buffet after service. 7) provide for any dietary meals, and for crew meals (for the wedding staffing) Its a simple wedding service. The venue has a satellite kitchen, a barbecue, and also a pizza oven that can be used. All venue equipment has to be cleaned after use.
