Location: Heidelberg, VICJob Description: Preparing house for sale, need a few things sorted: 1. Side deck required a replacement cross beam previously, which is currently held up by a strut. The strut is free standing - I think the cross beam should be attached to the beams at either end, but if the strut needs to be there it needs to be attached and probably look better. 2. Top handrail on laundry deck came loose entirely, needs replacing. 3.
