I recently hired the services of the Reliable Tiling Group, we had 5 quotes but their interaction and professionalism was a standout. In the past when I hired I have been apprehensive , I had seen their work from photos , but you never know how any tradespeople will perform the tasks you hire them to undertake until they start . I have to admit from the onset , their professionalism from our first encounter shone through. The undertaking was smooth , seamless and stress free. Communication was excellent, understanding our needs was paramount for them, they conferred with us every step of the way through the project. We were in the loop and as they say part of the solution. One example of their foresight in our case was the size and placement of the outlet for the shower grate. We went from a drain 100ml square and centred ( which we wanted) to a beautiful long brass grate 1600ml long and next to the shower screen ( their suggestion) , stunning is an adjective I would use . The brass corners enveloping the tiles was again excellent. The detail and precision was what I was hoping for and the end result exceeded all our expectation's.
