Josh and his tradies won the quote to modernise our original 1990's bathroom to include a hobless shower. We were struggling to work out a plan but straight away Josh came up with a design we hadn't thought of. Not only have we gained a modern very nice looking bathroom but a very practical one for our older years. As an added bonus of Josh's design it has given us more room physically and visually in our lounge room. Josh is very easy to get along with. His communication is excellant when he says he will be there he always turns up. I am very impressed with the finished result. I never thought renovating the bathroom could make such a difference to the whole feel of the house.Thank you Josh

Job Description: The granny flat has already been built. I would like to have it rearranged and a few walls moved, so my own shower and fully functional kitchen would be in here. I would like the door on the outside leading into the spare room to be removed and the door instead be where the fridge is. I imagine the bathroom to go along the back wall and the kitchen sink/counters to go along the left of the photo. The wall currently between the bathroom sink will have to be moved down to allow that sink instead to be the new kitchen sink. The aircon will also have to be moved and the electric box for the solar panels will need to also be moved outside so it isn't in the spare room. Any sort of quote/advice on the best way to go about this is appreciated, Thank you!
