This role involves overseeing a well-structured project where the client will provide trades, materials, and handle payments directly. Your expertise is required to ensure smooth execution and compliance throughout the project. Your Key Responsibilities: 1. Site Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation on-site, including permit-approved plans, architectural and engineering designs, energy reports, and OHS methodologies. 2. Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Compliance: Conduct video-recorded toolbox talks, inductions, and site meetings at the start of each trade stage. Review and confirm Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) with trades. Verify the validity of insurances and licenses for all on-site personnel. Ensure all site inductions are logged and securely maintained. 3. Site Inspections and Reporting: Perform inspections at the end of each trade stage to ensure compliance with the National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards (AS). Document and report any defective work immediately to the Construction Manager. Submit detailed site diaries by end-of-day, including updates on progress, personnel, large deliveries, safety concerns, defects, and environmental issues. 4. Communication & Service Level: Be available for site meetings, inductions, or toolbox talks within 48 hours of a request, either in person or via video call.
