My wife and I had the good fortune to select Livewell Constructions to renovate our 40 year old bathroom. We engaged Ben at the sketch stage and found this to be of great benefit, as Ben was able to guide us through some of the pitfalls that we may have encountered during construction. Ben provided advice on the pros and cons of different options and would make suggestions in an understanding and knowledgeable way. Ben provided a lot of practical advice on tiles, plumbing and finish that enabled us to have the plans finalised without there being construction issues regarding fit out and appearance. Ben closely supervised his subbies to ensure the bathroom was exactly what we wanted. He often said “You will be the ones using it, so you have to get what you want”. The bathroom was finished on time and there were no extra costs. We believe this was due to Livewell Constructions being involved from the concept stage. There were no hidden problems or items overlooked in the plans and scope of works. We are very pleased with our new bathroom and consider it money well spent.
