Roughly 1.7m from the house (keeping with Logan Council offsetting of 1.5m from the fence) to between 3.3-3.4 along the house. I currently have rough sketches I have drawn up myself. I do have a booking with a draftsman to come out on Tuesday to get started on the proper drawings. I want to move my laundry into the extension, then move the bathroom down the hallway into the area the laundry is currently in and making it a bigger bathroom. I then want to use the free space at the other end of the hallway to make a 5th bedroom. I also have rough sketches of these rooms as well. Measurements are not great, but the general idea is there.
