Darlington Constructions storm damage repairs to various sections of the interior and exterior of our house. The job involved application of metal flashing and cladding, ceiling repairs, plastering, timber work, sealing and waterproofing and painting. We found the team to be very professional, considerate, and well mannered. The job was done well with attention to detail as well as ensuring that problem sections had extra waterproof techniques applied where necessary. The work was carried out neatly and precisely. The area was kept clean and tidy during repairs and left clean and tidy after completion. Josh and the team communicated well with each other and us regarding discussing and explaining how they would carry out various aspects of the job as well as responding promptly to our queries. They were very good at problem solving and devising ways of overcoming the unexpected. There was obvious attention to safety procedures and to protecting floor coverings etc. while they worked. The work was completed well within the specified time. Overall, we were very pleased with their work and the way in which they conducted themselves on our job.
