Job Description: Hi. Its all pre approved. Existing structure Reno. The builder I had lined up pulled the pin yesterday. 6 x 4 meter. Re cladding with hardy plank and lining/inso. I will have the old cladding removed ready to go. Need some extra studs put in, some basic trim to cover existing ceiling joins, skirting boards, dry walling inthe cupboard space, replace a window, all new dry walling, 4 doors replaced. No need to paint, I will paint it. No need to tile, my uncle will do that.
