Job Description: We will hopefully be receiving CDC this week ready to start work and need a builder to get started on this work with first steps in getting structural beams in first (we have structural drawings also) - we have kitchen, decking and bathrooms already in hand but the back bathroom can be included as separate item (Stage 3) and we may add a skylight and delete an existing window at this location to save costs. Stage 1 is the main bulk of the work and is most urgent, with existing laundry to be removed (including any asbestos) and replaced. We have window quotes but require builder to place aluminium windows into weatherboard cladding (so please include in quote)

Job Description: We have a 1949 weatherboard home that requires the timber window frames to be replaced on 4 large windows, including a bay window with lead lined glass sash windows. On the closed in sunroom (that needs the 1970s metal window replaced with a timber one in keeping with the house design) some waterproofing and fixing of bricks will be required. We'd like to keep the window frames in the original style of the home so only timber frame replacements. Happy to be contacted and send photos for a more accurate quote or to facilitate an in person quote.
