I can’t speak highly enough of Shane, Gary and all the team at Dream bathroom renovations. I had my bathroom and laundry renovated by them last year and was very impressed by the professionalism, attention to detail and high standard of delivery displayed throughout the process. This year they did my kitchen renovation which involved some major structural changes to create an open-plan kitchen and walk-in pantry. All my jobs progressed very smoothly and kept me well informed at all points, responding quickly to queries and providing a fantastic level of service. They can trusted to produce quality results for a fair price and deliver on what they promise. If any issues arise, the team can be relied upon to deal with them quickly and get things right. Job Description: Wanting to replace wooden columns and support beams (under the house) with steel structure. Purpose is to free up area so that the beams stop interfering with people walking around. Hoping for $20,000 budget. Simply (1) put in temp support columns, (2) remove wooden columns, (3) create new steel columns and support beams. There is nothing else that will need to be removed from what I can see. It is ready to go. Hoping for project to get done early next year or earlier.
