  Great clean today. It was nice to have continuity, as they knew exactly what to do straight away. Arrived on time and did a thorough clean. Very happy.

  Booked in a general clean (go to their website and check out their inclusions in general clean) Not only were the cleaners nearly 2 hours late. When they arrived, she basically told me that they only had 1/4 of the time I’d booked for to do my clean. Firstly, they used only vinegar to clean my home. Secondly, will use the word Clean very lightly as they did not clean my home. The only thing they did was move things around in my home and change the bed linen. Thirdly they used a mop to sweep the floor. They did not vacuum. Upon contacting Martin the manager at Zen. He told me I was a liar and he believes his cleaners as they are the best cleaners in the company. I know for certain these cleaners did not vacuum my house as the PowerPoint accessible to them at the moment are disconnected due to renovation so they would’ve needed to ask me for an extension lead or where is a PowerPoint they could’ve used. Upon asking him what PowerPoint said to Cleaner as used he then abused me and tried to tell me he will give me a 10% discount and I must pay his invoices as the cleaners “cleaned” My home. Let’s not forget the cleaner that was at my home had her AirPods in the whole time on a phone call. The next day my home stunk of vinegar. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. It is a foreign company trying to make a quick buck. Their cleaners are useless, unprofessional and will not clean your home.

We did everything we could to make things right — including offering a partial refund multiple times — but unfortunately, you declined every proposed solution and chose instead to continue communicating with hostility toward our team. We understand that delays can cause frustration, but it’s simply not true that we refused to take responsibility. From the very beginning, we offered to re-clean your floors free of charge, then to apply a significant discount, and finally we decided to not even charge the service. Zenpure is a small, family-run business that works hard to deliver quality service and to treat every client with respect and fairness. We’re certainly not a “foreign company trying to make a quick buck.” We take great pride in supporting local cleaners and clients every day, as you can see in more than an hundred positive reviews. We sincerely wish you all the best and regret that we weren’t able to reach a constructive resolution together.
