  Zebra Crossings Bookkeeping is fully insured, this is part of our BAS Agent registration and professional membership requirements. Our insurance has to meet certain standards to maintain our registration and membership.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I've always enjoyed figures and budgeting but I only fell in love with bookkeeping after a friend kept bugging me to do it for her and eventually I caved in and said 'Yes'. I realised how much I loved it and ran with it, turning it into a business and getting qualified at the same time, that was in the days before BAS Agent registration. By the time the new registration system came into place, I didn't have to do much more to get qualified as I'd already worked out that businesses deserved qualified people to work on their books.
