My family has always been in business so I grew up in a business environment.  Straight out of school I actually trained as a nurse but I had my own dreams.  My caring and nurturing personality soon led me to the business arena of helping small business owners fulfil their passions and dreams.

Do I need to change my ph number?  No - we provide a ph number and dedicated ph line to you and you simply divert your number to our number 24/7 or whenever you want.   How do you know to answer in my business name?  We program our special software to display your business name when your line rings.

By utilising our services you will be saving money by not paying full time wages/salary, PAYG, Sick Leave, Annual Leave and replacement staff during annual leave,  Superannuation, Workers Compensation Insurance, any other insurances, training, staff conveniences, office space, computer, etc etc.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Phone answering and message forwarding via email service is charged monthly in arrears.  Phone & Diary Management Packages are payable month in advance with 7 days on the account.  Any consumables are charged in arrears.  There is a minimum 3 month term for Phone & Diary Packages.
