    They got the job done & arrived on time, as you'd expect - no problem there... HOWEVER a word to the wise - if you only have a small load DON'T over estimate your time, like we did ! We were quoted $427* for three hours (2men - & 1 ton van - which they hired) and my job only took just over an hour because I only had boxes- no furniture but I'm 72 with 2 recent knee surgeries & couldn't do it myself. The owner of this business wouldn't consider a lower quote though,so $427* is pretty expensive from Cranbourne to Langwarrin!! I offered to pay a minimum of 2 hours but he wouldn't accept that, either. I was annoyed but paid him although I made him wait until close of business that same day ( on line banking) & he hounded me every hour with phone calls & messages for the rest of the day.

    Hi David We are sorry that this was an issue but as we have laws to pay minimums we do have to set to minimums regardless of the size of the load, We do understand your concernes and wish we could have only charged the 2 hours, Regards Rod
