Pensioners do not have a lot of money left over after paying bills so maintenance on their home becomes very difficult and sometimes ignored which can be dangerous. So, if they have a set rate for a set amount of hours per month or fortnight, they know exactly how much it will cost and they can set aside those funds. Example scenario below: 3hrs per month @ $110 (This includes most materials, some exceptions apply) Anthony arrives, his client gives him a list of jobs to do including lawns, cleaning the bathroom, changing a light bulb, fixing a door knob, fixing a lock, patching a hole in a wall, replacing a smoke detector battery weeding, installing a handrail etc. Anthony will then take the list starting with the job that takes priority and continues until the 3 hrs are up. A lot can get done in 3 hrs. Any jobs that don't get done are carried over to the following month. The client knows exactly how much it will cost and won't have several contractors charging them separate amounts. A lawn mower man might charge $40, a plasterer could charge $100, a locksmith another amount, a cleaner another amount etc. this could add up to a large amount of money. It makes more sense and could save you hundreds of dollars by asking Anthony to help you out. Of course, everyone's needs are different so we can tailor a package to suit your needs and your budget.
