  Fair some parts of the job done ok other just patched when a new piece of cornice should have been put in his excuse for not putting new cornice was there was a nail sticking out WELL REMOVE THE NAIL ... Another section right in the entranse hall I explained needed repairing as its the first bit people see when they enter the house, as i'm battling cancer I had to have a lay down after explaining what hat to be done my wife paid him and he left when I got up I noticed he had not done the entry hall repair completely ignored me so if you employ this guy make sure he does everthing before paying him.

  Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify a few points regarding the issues you raised. Regarding the cornice nails, I explained that I couldn’t punch them back because we didn’t know what was underneath, which could have caused further damage. I also made adjustments to the invoice to exclude that part of the job, so you were not charged for it. As for the front section in the entry hall, I pointed out that the new stud installed in that area was sticking out. To achieve a seamless finish, it would have required removing and replacing a large part of the ceiling. You mentioned that you wanted me to fix only the damaged part, and I completed the work as per your request. I always aim to deliver quality work and value your input.   Youi arrived on time, and was very polite and respectful. He was actually able to start my job a week earlier than he thought, which was great! His price was fair and reasonable and I ending up adding some extra areas of painting because of this. His team were both lovely and polite and came on time, very quick with the painting, and cleaned up afterwards. Plastering and painting was done to a high standard, and nothing was too much trouble. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Youi and his team for plastering and painting.
