  I'm an app developer and love building apps, but Ray helped me to realise that without an email list Apple actually owned my customers. Ray worked with me to setup an online automated marketing system and a process to assist in capturing the emails of my users and set up an automated marketing campaign to stay in touch with them. Together with Ray we are now exploring other ways I can directly add value to my customers so that I can increase the lifetime value and build a strong business not solely reliant on Apple. Our dance school now has a much more professional website which is mobile responsive and search engine optimised (seo) for local search engine results (ser) seo. It's also easy to navigate for existing & new students. Previously we were invisible on Google searches, now we come up on page 1 for local dance schools; which will drive more new enquiries.
