Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We hold four licences and qualifications, electricians licence, level 2 electricians licence, Endeavour licence, Ausgrid Licence and AGL Retailers accreditation and insurances which are a requirement of our licence'es held, our business provides the manufacturers warranty on all parts for 1 year, in some cases up to 5 years depending on the materials used and if we provided the materials and 1 year service warranty

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

My family is very business orientated, with my father starting his business when he was just 23 years old, we knew a lot of people in the industry and  was always interested in electrical work and technology.  I wanted to light up my parents house like a Christmas tree.

A client gave me a $200 tip, because I had found and fixed a problem that was bugging them for a  long time, and they were also happy with the professionalism and respect for property,  that was shown them in their home.

I like to travel to new places everyday, meeting new people, working on ideas people have, challenging myself to getting the job done and finding solutions to clients electrical problems, giving them alternatives that they may not have thought of.

The most commonly asked question would have to be is, is my home safe, most commonly older houses with down lights not fitted with heat canisters, checking ceiling cavity for insulation covering fittings and transformers and installing heat canisters where necessary plus checking switchboards for safety switches just in case of overloads or faulty appliances

Some typical things a customer can provide is the area they live in, how many levels their home is, is there roof access, are they supplying light fittings if its a lighting job, do they have a defect notice for rectification works from Endeavour or Ausgrid that they need cleared

By buying there on light fittings If they have chandeliers they can set them up themselves Knowing what they want and being ready for the job to save separate call out fees

We give an out right quote for our clients to agree to, and if they have any extra things they want done after a job has begun, we give them a price for it and get our clients to approve of pricing before installation. So we are always upfront about cost.
