We had a customer who had a very high window that had not been cleaned  for 30 years - she was delighted with the results and was able to admire her view from there again......after 30 years alot had changed.

The variety- no job is the same. It is nice to assist busy people with making their homes look their best. This kind of work is good for keeping a person fit and healthy, and you get to work outdoors which is pleasant.

How long will the job take.  If we have been before we have a record of the job - if not we ask as many questions as possible and give a quote when ever we can. How much will it cost.  We can give an estimte or quote - minimum charge is $120.00 + gst which gives you a technician for 2 hours.

It is better for us to know as much about your home as you can provide.... How big is your home? How many storeys for example? What kind of windows do you have? (French or lead light for example are tricky) Are there skylites? Are there very high windows? Do you have glass louvres?

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Tip 1 - We will not take as long with your job if you have moved objects (ones you are able to lift) out of the way that may get in the way of us cleaning your windows gutters homes exterior or paving.   Tip 2 - Make sure there is easy access to water.   Tip 3 - Clearing of trees branches or debris from areas round the home. Tip 4 - Parking - the closer to you the better.

We may not be the cheapest but you will be delighted with the results and quality of the job performed.  Many of our customers have been with us for years and a large amount of our work is through referrals from customers.

We charge by the hour with a minimum charge of $120.00 + gst which will give you a technician for 2 hours.

Mainly window cleaning but we can complete a variety of  jobs for you - such as gutter cleaning, and soft washing and / or pressure cleaning to most areas of your home.  You only need to ask.
