I wanted a job that encouraged me to work outdoors and meet lots of people.  I also found it important to have a job that challenged me, pest control does this for me as even though treatments may take the same method, every situation is always different!

No, not specifically, but in general i must admit that i love how a customer reacts when they see such a big result and fast! The look of unbelief gives me a laugh and puts a smile on my face.  These a true results that we achieve in a lot of our treatments, especially our initial ones and probably a big reason as to why they keep us coming back for more!

Sharing my experience of the industry with customers, and not just treating specific situations, but also being able to identify potential hazards to initiate implementing a plan of prevention to various circumstances and scenarios.

You should be asking what is achieved from the service. Can a resolution be found from their treatment? How it can benefit you and your family (including pets too). How often the service is required.

How long does the treatment last? You will generally see the better part of the year from a general pest treatment, keeping in mind that the purpose of the treatment is to eradicate an infestation of a particular pest and/or keep pests at a minimum.

1. An accurate description of the property will allow us to provide you with a correct quote.  2. Maintaining a more regular service will allow our job to be more straight forward which in turn can be reflected upon the customer in a reduction of treatment cost.  3. Having a annual termite inspection lets us identify any termite activity that may be present. The earlier the identification of their presence, the less the amount of damage that potentially can be done. This can mean a saving of thousands of dollars in repairs - early identification and methods of prevention are key factors when it comes to pests.

Our pricing always covers all of the job, with no hidden surprises or additional unexpected costs. We also purchase our chemicals and materials in bulk which allow us to buy them at discounted rates, this saving is then reflected onto our structure in which we price our work.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We base our quoting on how many bedroom the house is and if it is a single or double story. We also identify what treatment is required and start to discount when multiple services are booked.
