we have always been in customer service and we love the interaction and satisfaction from our customers. We had a family friend in the pest industry about 20 years ago, now most of our family is involved in one way or another.

my favourite story was helping a man out that had termites and could not afford financially to fix the problem straight away but given the damage could not afford to leave it any longer. His wife had lost her job months earlier and they were struggling, we came up with a payment plan to suit :)
