• Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

  I prefer to set fixed prices for most of my jobs even if the job takes extra time to complete especially with older computers. This way there are no hidden costs to the customer even if I need to spend an additional few more hours.

• How do you normally charge for your service?

  I prefer to set a fixed price for most of my services without hidden extra expenses. Big jobs such as full Windows/Mac operating systems re-installations can take anywhere from 5-20 hours (including backups, operating system/program installation/full configuration, data migration, program and system updates, etc.). This is why I prefer to give my customers a fixed price even if I have to spend extra few hours on any given job.
