• Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

  When you book WB Electrical to do your electrical work please feel free to ask me if you can view the appropriate licenses. You need to know that you are employing the services of fully qualified "A" grade Electricians working under WB Electrical’s Electrical Contracting license 1386796. Electrical work must only be carried out by licensed electricians. Anyone who performs their own electrical work is breaking the law and putting themselves and potentially others in danger. Don’t risk it! Use a licensed electrician.

• What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

  Do you charge a “call out” fee? Yes. Our call out fee is $88 GST inclusive and is charged on all non quoted work. What are your hours of business? Our normal operating hours are 7am-5pm Monday to Saturday. Outside of these hours we are available for emergency electrician work and if you have emergency work we are available 24/7.
