  I engaged Volti Electrical in Narangba QLD on 29-02-2024 to divide an existing dwelling into 2 separate tenancies by way of completing electrical works so a 2nd electricity meter could be installed by Energex. Volti were paid in full to complete the works & submit application to Energex to add a 2nd meter. The works were paid in full & on time as agreed. The electrical works were completed however the Connection application has not been received by Energex. I have been calling regularly to talk to the electrician who completed the task ( Tyler) but to no avail. I am left being forced to pay 2 tenants full electricity bills as the work is not completed as agreed. Many attempts have been made to have matter resolved but it now appears Volti Electrical are not answering my emails or phone calls. Unfortunately, I have had to write this review & report the matter to the ACCC & now engaging my solicitor as Volti Electrical have left me no choice. I am happy to remove this review if contacted by Volti Electrical & they resolve this matter in a timely manner.

  Tyler was exceptionally prompt and professional in providing a high quality service. He did a great job, was very personable and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends or family. He even tested both units he installed to make sure they worked and showed me how to work them, I have never had that level of service before!
