Virtually There was born with the idea that while Kerryn wanted to have a family, she also wanted to continue to support businesses.  This was a creative outlet that Kerryn thrived on, so Virtually There was created.

1. What is your rate? This depends on the type of work requested.   We break our skills into three distinct areas - General Administration, Specialist skills & Training. 2. How many hours do you expect me to give you? There is no expectation for a certain number of hours.  Each client is different and has many different needs.

1. Ensure that your instructions are clear. 2. Lists work very well when requesting tasks to be completed - then nothing is missed. 3. Be certain about what you are trying to achieve. If you change your mind and want to change the instructions, that is completely fine, but you will be charged for the time taken to complete the work.

Any referral resulting in a paying client, will earn the referrer one free hour of Virtually There's time to use as the referrer sees fit.   There is no time restriction.

Virtually There charges for actual time worked, down to the second.  There are no incremental charges, and no minimum charge.

How do you normally charge for your service?

New clients are provided with an invoice each week until a relationship is formed. For existing clients, invoices are presented for payment on the completion of a project, for small projects, or fortnightly for ongoing work. Virtually There also offers pre-paid business support accounts, where clients can specify an amount, pre-pay and Virtually There will work from those hours.

Virtually There specialised in the implementation of Customer Relationship Management systems, conducting business needs analysis, and customisation of the right CRM for your business.  Virtually There also offers Sales & Marketing support, from general administration to tender management.
