  They came out with a good price quote and they came on time. They were efficient and they did it as fast as they could without sacrificing quality. They were friendly and were such pleasant individuals. We had no problem dealing with them at all. They were polite and they did not let anything distract them from achieving their goal - not even our snakes.

  I needed some lights installed into the workshop and brought in these experts. The back and forth communication was awesome. They were very straightforward and detailed with their explanations. What's best was that they used terms that anyone would understand. They executed what needs to be done efficiently as they maintained quality with all the work. They kept me posted all times and they finished it on time. What an amazing experience!

  Universal Power and Light has always been my ally in terms of my electrical needs. I had them rewire my bathroom, install new power points, add lighting and power to my studio, everything. And each time I hire their services, I have always been impressed with the quality and efficiency they put in their work. Morgan, who, in my opinion, is the best, is always my choice as he is efficient and reasonably priced.

  We were doing some serious renovations to the whole house. Morgan and Harvey were the ones sent out by Universal to do the electrical, phone, and Ethernet wiring. They were very nice and they gladly, without hesitation or question, catered to our requests. They communicated clearly and they were very straightforward with some very useful advice they gave us. We would be more than willing to recommend their services to anyone.

  I was installing power to my newly built house and Morgan was genuinely there to help me. He did an amazing job of setting up the wiring to the whole house. He was very polite and it was such a pleasure dealing with him. Such a nice and courteous fellow. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to others.
