  Organised a $1,250 bond clean, they damaged multiple walls, (we know this as we had patched and painted every single nick and ding in the entire building prior to the clean) and they also did a terrible job cleaning the property. When followed up we were told we were lying and given all the excuses under the sun that it wasn't their fault. No offer to come and check the issues, just an adamant refusal that they had done anything wrong and if there were any issues that was our problem now. Never use these people. - Follow Up to response from owner. - The cleaner didn't show up at 7:30am as booked, as you had a person away sick, which happens and we were easy going about leaving the keys in the mailbox for someone to come through and clean at midday. So no we didn't "walk you through" the property as we were painting, which is just a straight up lie. We have not had a single face to face interaction with you or your staff throughout the entire process. And yes we came back through the property after the $1250 clean, we paid for, to confirm it was actually done properly, which it wasn't. Had we not we wouldn't have be getting our bond back due to the issues with the cleaning and the damage to the walls. Maybe next time someone has an issue with your services, instead of acting like a bully you should give the client the benefit of the doubt and come out and check the job over and rectify any issues. So lets just leave it at that shall we.

  Aaron, firstly when we arrived for the clean you was still there painting to which you then walk me through the house showing me where you had patched and painted and where the wet paint was !!! I then pointed out to you more dents and places you had forgotten to sand and paint !! To which you reply to me it’s okay. Our lease isn’t up yet. I can come back amend it.to which I replied that would make your bond guarantee warranty invalid as you entered before the property manager once we finish our clean to which you got angry I think we’ll leave it there
