  Awful. They attended as arranged. No one entered the property after they had ‘cleaned’. The list from the real estate was excessive of things not cleaned, basic stuff like mirrors had hand marks, dirt in roller door tracks, dirt on floor, over hob not cleaned, exhaust fan not wiped down. When contacted they said too bad, outside the 3 days….like I can control when the real estate visits!!!…( it was 5 days and covered cyclone Narelle weekend). Ignored the issues and said they spent a lot of time on walls. It able to return to fix!!! No apology. No partial refund!! No anything and then had to pay another cleaning company to fix it to the real estate satisfaction. STAY CLEAR!! I even paid extra when they arrived over the quote. Emailed the owner Sam…. Yep stay clear!!!

  Got Sam and his team to complete a bond clean and carpet clean as end of lease. While I never met Sam in person as I organised everything before I left Cairns nothing was ever too much trouble for Sam and his team. Very good communication via a email also. They collected keys as I couldn't get out to the house to meet them. Real estate was very happy with the clean and said the property was left in a great condition. Thanks Sam for all of your help to make it a smooth vacate of a property. Also very good value for money. Keep up the great work.
