After 25 years in the building industry i wanted to stop the hands on building but wanted to use all of those years of experience and decided to start building inspections.

I  do all of the inspections myself. I am fully licensed with the QLD.Health Dept. the QBCC. So i am responsible for the report. A position i take very seriously.

Check with the vendors to ask if there are any council permits for building revovation work that has been under taken on the property that you are buying. You don't want to purchase a property that is not certified.

I only specialize in building and pest inspections. I don't sell any renovations or termite treatments but if asked i will recommend a qualified company that i know will do the job in a trade like manner.

I am fully licensed with the QBCC. I have 25 years experience in the building/renovation industry with a trade background in carpentry and hold a licence for timber pest managment.
