How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I enjoy a sense of achievement at the end of every day. Cleaning houses gives me this, along with providing the Client with a beautifully presented home, where they can relax and entertain in, without having to worry about chores each week.

All of our Clients are our favourites for the very reason they love our work, ask us back time and again and spread the word to their friends and family, about our services.

I enjoy the satisfaction I get when I close a client's door upon leaving,  knowing they are coming home to a clean and tidy house. I also enjoy receiving feedback from my clients. We all do things a little different and constructive criticism doesn't hurt now and then.

Clients need to be honest about their home; size, location, accessibility,  pets and what tasks they expect to have completed.

Do we have insurance?  Yes - Full public liability insurance  Do we have Police Clearance?  Yes, anyone over the age of 16 must obtain a full National Police Clearance prior to being allowed to work in a client's home.

We get back to our clients, every time. If you text, email, call or send a message on FaceBook, we will always answer you.  At every job we are on time, fully prepared with all products and don't mind doing a little extra if we see it needs doing.

1. Make sure the dishes are washed and packed away. 2. Pick up items off the floor so they are clear and accessible ; toys, shoes, magazines, washing, rubbish etc. 3. Have pets and children outside while cleaning is being done.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We charge a set rate, then per task. There is not a minimum amount of hours required, so our clients are only charged for the services they require.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

We charge based on the size of the house, distance required to travel and additional client needs. We have a set rate for a standard weekly or fortnightly house clean and charge per item, not per hour; because not every task takes a full hour to complete.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

Weekly and fortnightly house cleans are our specialty. It's easier if you can stay on top of your home cleaning requirements, on a regular basis and some people just need a little help with that, especially after a full week of daily grind. It's nice to be able to come home and simply relax.

Most of our clients tell us; 'Unless you are a Mother, you don't understand 'Clean'.' Fortunately for our clients, we are mothers and tenants and cleaners, so we understand what 'Clean' really means; to homes and to real estates.
