  We hired Lou to tile our kitchen and laundry splash back, and essentially, Lou is great! Professional, tidy, perfectionist, very prompt to communicate with and a really lovely person. She did a fantastic job, and we are so happy with the results. She went above and beyond what other tilers have, and we will be recommending her to all our family and friends! Thanks Lou!

  I cannot rate Lou high enough! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing high quality tiling and/or lawnmowing services at a fair price. Lou took on my finicky tiling job, fixing someone else's errors and went above and beyond to perfect the tiling job, I couldn't be happier! She even came up with a solution to a wall corner that wasn't quite straight and the bathroom has come up looking 1000x better than before! Her workmanship is second to none, she is a hardworking perfectionist that truly takes pride in her work, and treated my house like it were her own home. Despite me being interstate, she made the whole experience a breeze, keeping the lines of communication open, sending me pic updates and asking if I'm happy with the result! The lawns were a jungle as they hadn't been maintained in months, and she must've sweated it out and went hell to leather to make them pretty and perfect. I couldn't believe my eyes! Above all this, Lou is an incredibly rare kindhearted, honest, hardworker with integrity and respect. I will always go straight to her for any works I need done within her skill set, and recommend her always. 10/10 Thanks so much Lou you have come in and saved the day!
