A great attitude, drive, focus and group involvement are all great tools to improve marketing strategy implementation.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I have spent many years running my own service business and managing other venues, where marketing, event management, service standards and communications have been a huge focus.  After deciding to study marketing, I have found that services marketing is my passion, and complements my past experience perfectly.

Q. How are you different from a normal marketing provider? A. I look at the customer experience factor in your business, and whether the experience will ensure repeat trade, growth and advocacy.  There is no point  implementing an advertising campaign or promoting you if you cannot provide a fabulous experience to the new business you obtain.

After an initial brief is received, a marketing proposal with quotation specific to the outline will be provided.  On acceptance of the proposal, 50% payment required up front, balance on completion. Ongoing contracts are invoiced weekly.
