  All our cleaners can speak English and bring their own cleaning products. Yes we do have cleaners that are of an Indian heritage and they can speak English. The cleaner did not try and lure you into a romantic relationship. Yes we contract our work and only use contractors that have the detailed requirements from our business and a proven record of high standard of work and whom are fully insured. Our cleaners are all passionate about their jobs and always put in 110% We see there was nothing mentioned about the inadequacies of cleaning. After discussing with our cleaners and ongoing positive feedback from other regular clients, we do not believe this to be a true account of what actually happened.

  This company doesn't turn up to do job, takes your money and refused to return your money and doesn't return calls. Definitely don't deal with this business or the owner. I can't believe by your response you don't remember being on a payment plan to pay back my money and then stopped paying. Don’t you remember going to the office of fair work trading.
